Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
