Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set and golden brown.
- Flip the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining egg mixture to make another omelette.
- Serve hot with toasted bread or steamed rice.
