Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, shallots, garlic, shrimp paste, palm sugar, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, lemongrass, coconut milk, and salt.
  2. Using your hands, form the meat mixture onto the soaked bamboo skewers, pressing the meat to create a tight and even layer around the skewers.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
