Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup boiled long beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup fried tofu, cut into cubes

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup crispy fried shallots
  • 1 cup prawn crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peanut sauce by blending roasted peanuts, garlic, chili, palm sugar, tamarind paste, and water in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Arrange the shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, sliced cucumber, boiled potatoes, boiled long beans, fried tofu, fried tempeh, and hard-boiled eggs on a serving platter.
