Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 cups of cooked rice
Instructions
- Boil the chicken thighs in water with salt and sugar until fully cooked. Remove and drain.
- Flatten the chicken thighs with a mallet and coat with flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
