Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
