Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and jalapeño. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
