Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup Chibuku (Zambian sorghum beer)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Chibuku, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then brush them with the Chibuku glaze.
  4. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Brush the pork chops with more glaze while grilling, if desired.
