Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup Chibuku (Zambian sorghum beer)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the Chibuku, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
