Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Chibuku beer
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the Chibuku beer, honey, garlic, and ginger. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and brush with the Chibuku glaze. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with more glaze as they cook, until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the grill and brush with any remaining glaze before serving.
