Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Chibuku beer
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Chibuku beer, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush with vegetable oil.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
