Inkoko Yachikondi (chibuku Marinated Grilled Chicken)

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup Chibuku beer
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Chibuku beer, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush with vegetable oil.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
