Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
