Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
