Ingredients

  • 2 large eggplants, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
