  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Guinness stout
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the beef over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, and cook until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat.
