Irish Cream Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, Irish cream liqueur, powdered sugar, and instant coffee granules until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top, then dollop the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer. Use a knife to swirl the layers together.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
