Irish Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, Irish cream liqueur, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Let cool at room temperature, then cut into squares.
