Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed tuna with the prepared sauce. Toss to coat the tuna evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
