Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed tuna with the prepared sauce. Toss to coat the tuna evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
