Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
