  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice, for serving

Instructions
