Island Style Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
