Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the top with panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
