Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
