Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup stone-ground grits
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
