Ingredients

  • 500g lamb or chicken, thinly sliced
  • 4 pita breads

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to make the yogurt sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced meat, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
