Istanbul Street Pizza (İstanbul Sokak Pizzası)

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced Turkish sausage (sucuk)
- 1/4 cup sliced green peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, then place it back in the bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a round pizza crust.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place a pizza crust in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- Spread tomato sauce on the cooked side of the crust, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, Turkish sausage, green peppers, red onions, and black olives.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining pizza crusts and toppings.
