Ingredients
- 1 cup jackfruit seeds, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onion, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the sliced jackfruit seeds, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 10 minutes.
- Add grated coconut and mix thoroughly. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
