Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced pork or tofu
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 1/4 cup black bean paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced pork or tofu, onion, zucchini, and carrot. Cook until the pork is no longer pink or the tofu is lightly browned.
- Stir in black bean paste, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Divide the cooked rice into serving bowls and spoon the jajang sauce over the rice.
