Ingredients

  • 1 package of tteokbokki rice cakes
  • 1/2 cup jajangmyeon black bean sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tteokbokki rice cakes according to the package instructions.
  2. In a pan, sauté the diced onions, carrots, and zucchini until they are slightly softened.
  3. Add the jajangmyeon black bean sauce to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  4. Add the cooked tteokbokki rice cakes to the pan and mix well with the jajangmyeon sauce and vegetables.
  5. Spread the tteokbokki and jajangmyeon mixture evenly onto the pre-made pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tteokbokki mixture.
  7. Bake the pizza in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
