Ingredients
- 4 sheets of nori (seaweed)
- 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
- 1 cup jajangmyeon sauce
- 1/2 cup julienned cucumber
- 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 1/4 cup julienned onion
- 8 crab sticks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Spread a line of jajangmyeon sauce across the center of the rice.
- Arrange the julienned vegetables and crab sticks on top of the sauce.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 rolls.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lightly fry the rolls until the nori is crispy.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
