Jamaican Curry Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with Jamaican curry powder for 15 minutes.
