Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican curry powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pieces of roti
Instructions
