Jamaican Jerk Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef slices with Jamaican jerk seasoning and soy sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
