Jamaican Jerk Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with Jamaican jerk seasoning and soy sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Jamaican Jerk Beef Stir-Fry hot.
