Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of honey (optional)
Instructions

- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- If desired, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
- Stir in honey to sweeten, if desired.
