Jamaican Pineapple Ginger Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of honey (optional)

Instructions
