Ingredients

- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

- Add the tomatoes, thyme, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Add the shredded cabbage to the pot and stir well to combine with the saltfish mixture.
- Pour in the water, cover the pot, and let the cabbage steam for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
