  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the onion, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
