Ingredients
- 8 oz thin wheat noodles
- 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup julienned zucchini
- 1 cup julienned cucumber
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved

Instructions
