Ingredients

  • 200g Korean glass noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced beef (optional)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain and cut into shorter lengths.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper to make the seasoning sauce.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef (if using) until cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the garlic, onions, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender.
  5. Add the glass noodles, spinach, and the seasoning sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
