Ingredients

  • 300g yellow noodles
  • 200g firm tofu, sliced
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 stalks of green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup of fried shallots
  • 1 cup of prawn crackers

Instructions

  1. Boil the yellow noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat the Javanese noodles gravy according to package instructions.
  3. Add the tofu and bean sprouts to the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and ladle the hot gravy over the noodles.
  5. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, green onions, fried shallots, and prawn crackers.
