Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Water, as needed
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken wings for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Meanwhile, prepare the tahini dip by mixing tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and water in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
