Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Water, as needed
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken wings for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the tahini dip by mixing tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, and water in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
