  • 4 quails, cleaned and deboned
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped dates, almonds, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
