Ingredients
- 4 quails, cleaned and deboned
- 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Stuff each quail with the date and almond mixture, then secure the openings with toothpicks.
