Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the top of the lobster shells with kitchen shears and brush the meat with olive oil.
