Ingredients

  • 1 package of banana-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups of cold water
  • 1 package of vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups of whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the banana-flavored gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add the mashed bananas and cold water to the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.
  3. Layer the bottom of a serving dish with vanilla wafers.
  4. Pour half of the gelatin mixture over the wafers.
  5. Add another layer of wafers on top of the gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the second layer of wafers.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with whipped cream before serving.
