Jello Banana Pudding
This jello banana pudding is a delightful and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 package of banana-flavored gelatin
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups of cold water
- 1 package of vanilla wafers
- 2 cups of whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the banana-flavored gelatin in boiling water.
- Add the mashed bananas and cold water to the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Layer the bottom of a serving dish with vanilla wafers.
- Pour half of the gelatin mixture over the wafers.
- Add another layer of wafers on top of the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the second layer of wafers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
