Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken wings and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Transfer the wings to a serving platter and garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
