Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken wings and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
  4. Transfer the wings to a serving platter and garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
