Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups Jersey cow cheese, grated
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a tart pan and trim any excess dough. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and blind bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
