Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups Jersey cow cheese, grated
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a tart pan and trim any excess dough. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and blind bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
