Instructions
- Prepare the Momo dough by mixing all-purpose flour, water, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest.
- Prepare the Momo filling by mixing ground meat, finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro, spices, and salt in a bowl.
- Roll out the Momo dough and fill each wrapper with a spoonful of the meat mixture. Seal the edges to form dumplings.
- Prepare the Jhol by cooking tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro, spices, and salt in a pot. Add chicken or vegetable broth and let it simmer.
- Steam the Momos in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve the steamed Momos in a bowl and pour the hot Jhol over them. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
