Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the scallions and Shaoxing wine (if using), and stir-fry for another minute.
