Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) Chinese egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, red chili flakes, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
