Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Chinese egg noodles
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, red chili flakes, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
