Ingredients

  • 500g fresh prawns, deveined and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the prawns with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic, chili, and spring onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the marinated prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional spring onions.
