Ingredients
- 500g fresh prawns, deveined and peeled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the prawns with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic, chili, and spring onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the marinated prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional spring onions.
