Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and stir to combine with the onion and garlic.
- Add the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well to coat the cauliflower evenly with the spices.
- Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
