Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and stir to combine with the onion and garlic.
  5. Add the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well to coat the cauliflower evenly with the spices.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender but still slightly crisp.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
