Ingredients
- 2 pheasant breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced pheasant breasts with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated pheasant and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and vegetables until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pheasant to the wok, add oyster sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the Golden Pheasant Stir-Fry hot with steamed rice.
