Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups leeks, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, and white pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
