Ingredients

- 2 cups leeks, chopped

- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, and white pepper for 10 minutes.
