Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black bean paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb pork, diced

- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water

Instructions

- Add the onion, zucchini, and potato, and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the black bean paste and water, and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Gradually stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and divide among serving bowls.
- Ladle the black bean sauce over the noodles and serve hot.
